Studio owner and the first Certified Instructor Trainer in Indonesia, LILY THOUW’s vibrant and down-to-earth profile has made her one of Indonesia’s most respected Pilates personalities. In addition, Lily is a regular contributor for leading health, fitness and women's magazines and a member of the advisory board for Pilates in SHAPE Magazine Indonesia. Sports, athletics and dancing have always been Lily's passion, in which she has won quite a few awards. She is the personal trainer to Mrs. Rita Subowo, the Vice President of the World Olympic Committee and President of Indonesia's National Sports Committee (KONI).
